How we review.
Fat loss has one non-negotiable requirement: energy out exceeding energy in, sustained over time. No capsule changes that arithmetic, and any product implying otherwise is selling you permission rather than support.
What the ingredients here have actually been studied for is narrower and more useful. Caffeine has a replicated effect on resting energy expenditure and on perceived effort during exercise. Caffeine combined with green tea catechins has modest effects on fat oxidation. Appetite-side effects are more mixed and, in the case of two of the five ingredients, close to absent.
Put together: a small increase on the output side and a small reduction on the input side. Both are modest. Both are real. And both matter mainly because adherence — not metabolism — is what actually determines whether someone holds a deficit for twelve weeks.
That is the honest pitch, and it is the one this entire site is built on. If you want the version where a capsule melts fat while you sleep, several thousand pages will happily sell it to you.
Does AlkaBurn work without diet and exercise?
Realistically, no. Fat loss requires a sustained calorie deficit, and no supplement creates one. AlkaBurn’s ingredients have been studied for modest increases in energy expenditure and modest appetite effects, which can make an existing deficit easier to sustain. Used as a replacement for dietary change, a thermogenic supplement will not produce meaningful weight loss.
Important: This content is educational and is not medical advice. AlkaBurn is a dietary supplement and has not been evaluated by the FDA to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, including obesity. It contains caffeine anhydrous — do not use it if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, sensitive to stimulants, or have uncontrolled high blood pressure, an arrhythmia or an anxiety disorder, without speaking to your doctor. Concentrated green tea extract and garcinia both carry rare liver-injury signals; avoid if you have liver disease. Count your total daily caffeine from all sources.
